Every one, who is having the least knowledge, wishes to be a wise person.
Therefore Jesus expounds in the following verse, that who can be the person of that
type and by what means they can be termed as wise and what should they do?
Therefore whosoever hearth these sayings of mine, and
doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built
his house upon a rock. -Matthew 7:24
From the above verse it is made clear that he who wants to become as a wise
person that he should hear Jesus’ words. So every one, who regards himself as
a Christian should pause for a minute and think for a while Am I believing
Jehovah as God and Jesus as Christ? If your answer is in affirmative, then, no
doubt that you can be regarded as wise.
WHO ARE THE FOOLISH?
Every one, who is born as a human being never wishes to be a foolish persons.
Because there is no other ill-fated state to a person than his foolishness. What is
the reason that makes one a foolish? And what circumstances make a man
foolish? Observe the following Jesus’ words for the answer to this question.
And every one that hearth these sayings of mine, and doeth
them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built
his house upon the sand. -Matthew 7:26
Form the above verse we can know the main reason which hurls man towards
foolishness. The answer for the question that who is the foolish man can be no
more than a person that does not hear the words of Jesus. Therefore those who
believe such words as are not found in the teachings of Jesus such as Jesus is a
God and God is triune etc...., are the foolish persons in the view of Jesus. So
those who want to escape from this type of foolishness should re correct themselves
according to the teachings of Jesus and the way of thinking and attitude
should not exceed the limits as shown by him.
CAN JESUS MAKE PEOPLE INCLINE TOWARDS HIM?
The Creator God Almighty is all powerful. He possesses all powers. There
is nothing which can not be performed by him. As we are believing Jesus as God, he should also have possessed all types of aptitudes just as Jehovah. Then
does Jesus possess the self power of making people to incline towards him?.If
the answer is in positive then one can believe him as God. So let us examine
carefully what Jesus himself says about this matter.
All that the Father giveth me shall come to me. -John 6:37
Jesus makes clear that unless God wishes nobody can incline towards him
even after seeing so many miracles, which had been performed by him.
And he [Jesus] said, therefore said I unto you, that no man
can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. -John 6:65
No man come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him. -John 6:43
The above verses make clear that no body can become himself as the follower
of Jesus mere by his speeches or teachings unless God draws towards him
(Jesus). And also Jesus makes clear that it is impossible to one to come towards
him unless one is blessed with grace of God. If this be the case how far it is
reasonable to belive Jesus as the Almighty God and to propagate so? As a
matter of fact one who is having the contrary thoughts and attitudes to the
teachings of Jesus undoubtedly his final resort is eternal hell. So the Christians
should decide themselves ,what type of belief should they have in Jesus.
