According to the doctrine of Paul Jesus was equal to Jehovah before his
comming in to this world. Let us for a while believe that Jesus had descended with
the empty hands leaving all his divine powers therein and made himself of no
reputetion. If this be the case, after his ascention he shold have become equal to
Jehovah! Because Jesus who was as equal as Jehovah in the heaven before his
descent in this world in the human form in order to live among the human beings
for a period of time, but after his ascension he shold have become equal to Jehovah.
Here the question comes that whether he really became equal with God after
his ascension. To know this let us pay attention on the following passage.

Then came to him the mother of Zebedee's children with
her sons, worshipping him and desiring a certain thing of
him. And he said unto her. What wilt thou? She saith unto
him, grant that these my two sons may sit, the one on thy
right hand and the other on the left in thy kingdom.
-Matthew 20:20-21

In the above situation , the mother of immidiate disciples of Jesus, submitted her
request to Jesus. What was her request? That to allow her both sons to sit one on
his right side and the other on the left side of Jesus in his kingdom. Let us see what
Jesus replies to her in this regard.

But Jesus answered and said, ye know not what ye ask. Are
ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of and to be
baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They
say unto him, we are able -Matthew 20:22

In the above verse Jesus says that her request is not an ordinary or easy to be
granted. Jesus questioned her "whether they could drink of cup" This is to mean
as saying that "Are you ready to sacrifise every thing your self in the way of God?"
it means even if one wants to sit at the side of Jesus one should be able to sacrifise
one's life whole heartedly in the way of God. Further the disciples assured Jesus
that they were ready to undertake the great task. Having heard them saying thus,
Jesus answers as follows.

And he saith unto them ye shall drink in deed of my cup,
and be baptized with the baptism, that I am baptized with,;
but to sit on my right hand and on my left, is not mine to
give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared
of my father -Matthew 20 23

In the former verse disciples assured Jesus that they were able and ready to
accomplish the condition of Jesus. However, what Jesus says in the above is that
it shall be given only them for whom it was prepared by his father. As a matter of
fact this helplessness of Jesus was reasonable if it were the case relating to the
present world as he gave up his all divine powers in the heaven and came down
with the empty hands and made himself of no reputation. But here the noticeable
point is that her request was not relating to this world but she asked Jesus to
accomplish her request in his kingdom of heaven where he should have aquired all
his divine powers which he left before his comming into this world if he were really
as powerful as Jehovah himself. As according to Paul if Jesus were really equal to
Jehovah he could not have expressed his helplessness in granting them the permission
to sit by his either side.

Therefore according to the analysis made so far it became crystal clear that
Jesus would not become equal to Jehovah in the heaven after his ascension. If he
were equal to Jehovah he should have possessed the right of taking every descision
by his own self just as Jehovah does. But he himself makes clear that he has no
any self authority to make the self descisions in the heaven. So from these points
we can to understand that just as he lived in this world without any reputation so
also he will be in the kingdom of heaven with no reputation.

Now let us agree for a while that Jesus is equal to Jehovah in the heaven who
came in to this world with no repatation and also lived in the heaven with no
reputation after his ascension. Yet there remains one point which helps to estimate
his iniquating with God even before his coming in to this world. To know this in
clear terms let us obsere the following verse.

Behold, my servent whom I uphold -Isahiah 42:1

Jehovah himself speaks the above words through prophet Isaiah. To whom
He reffered as His servent? All christian scholars unanimously agree that this is
said about Jesus. When was it proclamed? Hundreds of years ago before Jesus'
coming in to this world. Where was he then? He was in the heaven.

According to the statement of Paul if truly Jesus were equal to Jehovah then
could ever He (Jehovah) proclaimed that His co-equal associate as 'His servent?'.
It is against to the proprieties of ethical values. Let us see in the other way. Jehovah
declared about Jesus as 'His servent' by virtue of being their close relation as
co-equals with each other. If it were true then Jesus also should have possessed
the same right to call Jehovah as 'his servent...!' But was it happend any where?
No. Therfore according to the analysis sofar made in the different ways we come
to conclude that Jesus never made any doctrine about himself as co-equal with
God, as propounded by Paul. Therefore those who follow the true way of the
Bible as propounded by Jesus, the kindom of heaven will be reserved for them
only. The Almighty God may bestow the blessing and wisdom to lead our life in
accordance with the teachings of Jesus. Ameen.
